Meet Norma - Business Support Services
 Norma,
Business Support Services Representative at Roy Bros. Oil & Propane,
has been with the company for 5 years. She works closely with customers to
help them keep their accounts up to date and offer alternative payment arrangements
when necessary. Norma also assists customers with fuel orders, deliveries,
credit card / debit card and COD payments. In her spare time, Norma enjoys
braiding rugs, quilting, cooking and photography. She also enjoys being a
member of the fun loving, Red Hat Society.
